Okay so I am writing from a fjord in eastern Iceland with a foreign keyboard and really slow internet, so bear with me, hm? Ooh, had to search for the question mark on that one.
Things have been great so far. I have been travelling the last 4 days with 3 other people that I met on couchsurfing.com. One is from Belgium but speaks french (and sounds a little like kermit), one is from Canada but also speaks mostly french, and the other from Slovenia. We do our best to speak english with each other but it is sometimes limited.
Someone is waiting for the computer so I am going to keep this first blog short.
I am having a great time and feel blessed to be where I am. So far the people of Iceland have been crazy friendly, all you have to do is say hello.
Will write when I get back into the capital, Reykjavik where there is quicker internet and hopefully no one waiting for me.
